For a time, the drone market has a lot of room for imagination, and the domestic stock market ushered in a wave of drone design craze. Although the number of UAVs in China ranks first in the world, there is still a lot of room for improvement in quality. In order for domestic drones to catch up with the international level, we need to repeatedly test and develop new varieties. In this development process, drone prototypes are needed.

Some time ago, we took on a drone prototype project. This is the Nth time we have made drone prototypes after DJI and ECCOM’s Ark. After many times of precipitation, we have rich experience in making drone prototypes. When the customer received the drone prototype we made, he was very satisfied with it and decided to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with us. The prototype of this drone uses CNC processing. The reason why 3d printing is not used for processing is because the strength and hardness of the 3d printed prototype is not comparable to CNC processing. In addition to CNC processing, the surface treatments used in this drone's prototype include sanding, oil injection, and high gloss (the black shiny part in the middle).
