車削和精加工 6061, 6063, 7075 鋁合金零件

這是一個像碗一樣的小鋁製零件, 也是自動車床車削的. 它的體積非常小, 外徑僅6MM, 顯然不是為了吃.
目前可用於鋁車削零件的材料牌號有: T6 6061, 6063 硬鋁, 7075 切割硬鋁, 和 5056 普通鋁棒.
順便一提, 2021 鋁棒, 硬度比較低、機械性質比較差的鋁, 一般不建議客戶使用該材料.

The left part of the picture is the internal thread turning part, which is processed by using a customized aluminum rod to straighten the texture. It can be seen from the photo that the thread is very thin (pipe thread)
The right part of the picture is the external thread turning part, which is processed by hexagonal bar.
