在自動車床的基礎上, 我廠新配備電腦CNC車床. 由於單一自動車床車削工序的調試時間和調試成本較高, 對於訂單數量也有一定的要求. 數控工具機的配置解決了使用者多品種的要求, 複雜的形狀, 和高精度, 並有效提升了本廠的機械加工能力. 以下是我公司為用戶加工的一些代表性產品.
連續進給情況下主軸最大加工外徑可達80MM, 卡盤單獨加工情況下最大迴轉直徑可達360MM; 加工最小尺寸不限. 產品材質主要為銅, 鐵, 鋁, 不銹鋼及鈦合金. 也可加工其他塑膠和壓克力材料. 也可依使用者提供的圖面加工.
