採用側銑切削的CNC車床零件
加工特點: 側銑, 軸表面開槽. 對於兩個部分, 軸面上縱向突出的四個圓柱體側面銑削, 軸表面側面銑有弧形溝槽. CNC車床加工動力刀頭, 微小的銑刀可銑出各種尺寸的平面或凹槽.
左邊兩款產品材質為黃銅. 鍍鎳連接器零件是數據網路線的連接器, 電腦或視訊設備的連接插頭很常見. 外徑16mm，長度25mm. 另一個銅件是流量控制閥的銅閥芯, 最大直徑11mm，總長30mm.

我公司加工的不銹鋼銷釘.

大型CNC車床車削零件的範例.
圖片左側為較大的不銹鋼車削件, 由SUS304製成, 六邊形的對邊是H45mm. 車削螺紋, 車削內壁, 兩級通孔, 雖然形狀簡單, 但車削過程較大. 附上大圖.

小型鋁車削零件範例.
外徑12mm, 長度15毫米, 兩級平孔, 側孔: M3螺絲
加工特點: 使用電動刀頭加工孔和攻牙螺紋.

左邊是CNC車床加工的較大規格的內外螺紋銅件, 可以嵌入塑膠部件.
外螺紋一般為非標加大螺距和平角, which is suitable for processing by computer numerical control lathe. Any tooth pitch, thread angle or double thread teeth can be obtained according to the user's drawings, and the slotting of the power milling cutter does not affect the thread accuracy.
