加工特點: 側銑, 軸表面開槽. 對於兩個部分, 軸面上縱向突出的四個圓柱體側面銑削, 軸表面側面銑有弧形溝槽. CNC車床加工動力刀頭, 微小的銑刀可銑出各種尺寸的平面或凹槽.
左邊兩款產品材質為黃銅. 鍍鎳連接器零件是數據網路線的連接器, 電腦或視訊設備的連接插頭很常見. 外徑16mm，長度25mm. 另一個銅件是流量控制閥的銅閥芯, 最大直徑11mm，總長30mm.

On the left is a larger specification of internal and external threaded copper parts processed by CNC lathes, which can be embedded with plastic components.
The external thread is generally non-standard with enlarged pitch and flat angle, which is suitable for processing by computer numerical control lathe. Any tooth pitch, thread angle or double thread teeth can be obtained according to the user's drawings, and the slotting of the power milling cutter does not affect the thread accuracy.
