How CNC turning works
The entire production is fully automated and the parts to be produced are transmitted to the lathe as a CAD file via a network. During the machining process with CNC turning, the workpiece performs the main cutting movement with its rotation and the turning tool clamped in the chuck is guided along the rotating workpiece with a slide for chip removal.

These special turned parts are made of bar material or wire and, depending on the machine model, can be manufactured with dimensions of up to 1,500 mm in length and with a diameter of up to 32 mm.
