The large-sized stainless steel turning parts in the picture on the left are M12*18*78, and its thread is turned by a lathe (click on the left picture to see its sharp thread from its enlarged picture) instead of simple gear hobbing. The upper part is knurled and milled on both sides, the outer diameter of the knurling is 12MM, and the length is 28MM. The rolling embossing pattern on a large area of stainless steel is naturally not rolled out on the machine table. We use customized knurling wheels to press out the patterns on the thread rolling machine, the principle is similar to thread rolling.
